It's Coming--Can you FEEL IT??

There is a crackle in the air---and it is not the first bite of autumn.  It's an electric charge, a spark, and it is getting more palpable by the day.  What could it be??

It's the sound of voters.  Many, many voters.  A RECORD NUMBER of voters!!  And among them, perhaps leading the pack, are the women of this country--who refuse to go backwards.  Who refuse to let our sisters suffer and die because some asshole Republicans think they have a right to govern our bodies.

I wonder what would happen if the government decided to make laws regarding mens penis's?  Wouldn't that go over big? (OOPS--excuse the "big" word here...)  Laughable, I know, but it is no different than trying to turn women into incubators who have no right to what goes on in their own bodies.

When I voted, I thought of Ruth Ginsburg.  And I thought of women like Amber Thurman, who died because she was denied the care she needed for an ectopic pregnancy by the new anti-abortion laws.  She is only one of many, many women who have died as a result of the new laws.  OH--she left behind a 6 year old son, who will now have to face his life without a mother.  I guess the only lives who matter are the ones who are unborn?

Woman are not the only ones who are angry.  Many, many men understand this, and they side with us.   Young people, new voters--they can clearly see the future under Republican law, and they do not want it.

Of course, this alone is not the entire driving issue.

There are "people"---and I use the word loosely--who want a convicted sex offender, a man who admires Hitler, a man who is deep into the depths of dementia,  to be our next president.  Give this unstable bastard the nuclear codes, why not??     Did they learn NOTHING from his first term?

 LISTEN, do you hear it???    The crackle just got louder!  A Blue Tsunami is coming, bigger than you can imagine!  A Tsunami the likes of which our country has never seen!!  It will be HUGE.  It will be HISTORIC.  And it will lift us from our despair, and deliver us into the arms of SANITY once again.
