Part of me knows the answer to that question. We have too many crooks running the country. People we elected to work for us are only out for themselves, and they don't give a rats ass about America or the people.
Our democracy is being diminished by the day. Our rights are being taken away from us at record speed.
I am ANGRY. And I am not alone. Not just about the Extreme Court taking away Roe vs Wade, but all the other ridiculously asinine things going on. A traitor to our country walks free, stirring up more madness. Stoking fires of chaos and destruction.
Yet the "powers that be" do NOTHING.
I feel helpless sometimes, but then I remembered a song by Helen Reddy from many years ago, and I am wondering why it hasn't been adopted to the fight for womens rights that is going on in our country. Song or not, we WILL be heard on Election Day!
